Procurement Executive
Responsibilities And Tasks
- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and overseas vendors.
- Evaluate quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the projects.
- Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing.
- In charge of daily operational planning of tender participation and to ensure that all related technical details are sourced as per requirement and specification of tender.
- Resolve supply, quality, services with suppliers if any.
- Assist in ISO Annual Performance Review for Supplier.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standard, delivery time, best price and ensure all the criteria are met according to our organizational requirement and expectation.
- Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to short lead time of tender participation and high volume of tender.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum:Diploma in Procurement/Engineering or equivalent certifications
- Preferred 2 years relevant working experience in a similar capacity,preferably in Oil and Gas or other Technical aspect
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communications and negotiations skills with supplier and customers/clients
- Resourceful, self driven, proactive and independent worker
- Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude
- Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel. Power Point and Adobe PDF)
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well under stress in fast-paced environment
Senior Mechanical Executive
Responsibilities And Tasks
- Work collaboratively with Project Manager and team to maximise productivity.
- Collaborate with the whole project team, contributing to entire project lifecycle.
- Organize and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met.
- Coordinate effort within the team and with outside consultants efficiently.
- Report updates verbally and in written form to management.
- Monitor budget and help ensure resources are used efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain facilities including assets on project at site.
- Technical knowledge in Mechanical Asset operation and maintenance for Tender participation.
Requirements
- Minimum: Diploma in either Mechanical or Engineering in Electrical or;
- Certificate from SKM Level 3 or Air Condition
- Preferred 2 years relevant working experience in a similar capacity in Facility Management/Building Maintenance (PPM) or Routine Inspection
- Collaborative working style and team player attitude
- Positive and encouraging personality
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Highly motivated with strong work ethic
- Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to team success
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Ensure that safe work procedures and guidelines are adhered to
