Our History

NZ  MULTI RESOURCES SDN BHD (NZMRSB) was established in 1996, venturing in Office Renovation,  Build-In Furniture and Supply of Office Equipment, Stationeries, Carpet and Blind Installation and Rental of Photocopier Machine.

In year 2001, we had ventured into Maintenance Services. Our main focus is on Comprehensive Maintenance, which includes Electrical/Mechanical as well as Civil and Plumbing Services, Cleaning of Building and Offices (inclusive of hygiene),  Landscape (Hard  & Soft) and Pest Control Services.

NZ MULTI RESOURCES SDN BHD’s fast expansion is supported by a strong Management Team, comprising of people with relevant technical experiences.  At NZMRSB, we provide a healthy conducive working environment by giving the utmost priority to safety, which can improve productivity and reduce cost.  We strive to provide excellent services to satisfy the challenging need of our customers.

In our mission to upgrade services for our clients, in 2014,  we have acquired Certification for  ISO 9001 : 2008 for Quality Management  under the  Provision of Comprehensive Facilities and Building Maintenance Services Including Landscaping Works under SIRIM QAS, IQNet and UKAS. In 2018, our certification has adapted to the transition of ISO 9001:2015.

Our vision is to attain “Unchallengeable Service” in the Comprehensive Maintenance Service (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and Pest Control & Hygiene as well as Building, Office Cleaning and Landscape) and venturing for new innovation.

Our mission is to provide Efficient and Cost-Effective Services for Clients – a benchmark in the maintenance services and ensure customer satisfaction through quality services and good customer care.

We offer the most innovative yet practical solution and cost-efficient plans, even for the most discerning of clients. We strive for the best, irrespective of project size, cost and schedule.
Driven by this philosophy, NZMRSB spares no effort and resources to invest in new equipment and technology to ensure efficient service to our clients at all times

NZMRSB is a people’s organization for people satisfaction and comfort, and as such has always maintained good rapport with all its clients and staff. The top management is involved in visiting each project in their monthly schedule, thus ensuring personal touch. Moreover, they are kept informed of the progress and efficiency of each project carried out as per specification and requirement of each different client.

Our Maintenance Programme will keep track of asset lifespan and are able to advise clients of replacement and preventive measure to minimise breakdown and ensure uninterrupted services. This entire preventive programme is made possible by maintaining daily report and record in our Maintenance Computer System.

In keeping abreast with the requirement of Safety by NIOSH and PETRONAS, all level of staff are trained to our Safety Policy requirement, irrespective of cost by our dedicated HSE Personnel.

Our new expansion and development of services has benefited in getting us a Flight Simulator Training Contract King Air 350i with the Royal Malaysian Air Force. Besides that, we have ventured into Paddy Milling Services with PadiBeras Nasional Berhad in providing manpower for the handling of 17 Nothern Milling Factory.

Safety, Health and Environment Policy

NZMRSB is committed in providing a safe and healthy working environment to its staff, contractors and clients in accordance with the legal requirements of Malaysia.

To execute the policy successfully, NZMRSB shall:

  • Implement a Safety, Health and Environment Management System that meets the
    national standards.
  • Provide and implement work activities to be carried out in a safe and healthy
    environment.
  • Nurture a work culture that emphasises safety through education and continuous
    improvement.
  • Provide a platform for staff participation and involvement in Safety, Health and
    Environment practices.
  • Review this Safety, Health and Environment Policy as required.

  • Our cleaning method and system are implemented based on BICSc (British Institute of Cleaning Science) standard and we are awarded with the Certificate for the Training Module.
  • Our periodical training and inspection on safety of M & E, Cleaning and Landscape Service for staff has attained safe, accident free, efficient and cost-effective service.
  • Our dedication on safety has been well awarded with “OUTSTANDING SAFETY RECORD three years consecutively (2011, 2012 & 2013)” by GREF MALAYSIA.
